From start to finish I was contacted every step of the way before I ever had to call. A very personable young man came several times to measure and examine my property. The system was installed on the date promised and took about 6 hours from start to finish. The local town inspection took a bit longer than it should have but that was not EmpowerEnergy's issue. In fact they followed up and were very helpful. Once the inspection was done CMP turned it on quickly. The entire process was superb.
